T-DOSE is a free and yearly event held in The Netherlands to promote use and development of Open Source Software. During this event Open Source projects, developers and visitors can exchange ideas and knowledge. This years event will be held on 25 and 26 October 2014 at the Fontys University of Applied Science in Eindhoven.

Jean-Paul Saman is a consultant, senior software architect and engineer since 1994 with experience in developing multimedia, embedded and networking systems. He has worked for various companies in Research and Development jobs as well as in productizing software. Since August 2004 he works for his own company M2X BV, that provides commercial services for Multimedia, Networking and Embedded systems using Open Source software. Furthermore he actively contributes to Open Source Software projects such as: “Das Universal bootloader” (u-boot), VideoLAN project and sometimes the Linux Kernel.
