Having worked in financial services for a number of years, I have seen the same pattern over and over again: The software gets created using a monolithic approach which causes 'organizational and structural pains' that are usually hard to solve. This talk is about how to align your team and systems to ease (or solve) the problem using microservices and the right structure across the IT department.
