In the past, the fight against ACTA have been severely challenged by all the work done in secret. Much time was spent putting together the puzzle: Each revision came in a new shape - differently styled Word document, different PDF export, and maybe available only on printed paper. Extracting the _evolution_ of the political agenda embedded in those revisions was a quite complex task.
