Frontend development has undergone some big advanced in the last two years - if you are still managing user interactions with ad-hoc jQuery scripts, it's time to take a look at the new tools available. In particular, two of the best ideas in modern frontend developent are declarative DOM rendering and composable view components. In this talk I will discuss why these ideas can make your frontend code much easier to write and maintain, and why Vue.js is an ideal library choice if you want to adopt these ideas.
