In this session, we will introduce a simple model for measuring an organization’s DevOps maturity and navigating the journey to enterprise CD and DevOps. Using the Four Quadrants of DevOps Maturity Model, we will:
*Review the state of DevOps in today’s IT organizations
*Discuss the characteristics of organizations within each of the quadrants
*Identify the chasms that often prevent organizations from achieving enterprise DevOps
*Provide a real-world example of applying the model to plan a DevOps transformation
