Database high availability is no magic anymore. What do you need for high availability. How important are backups? How important is replication? How can you do all this without master downtime? How can you manage high availability with open source / free software tools? The talk will be mostly product independent. Mostly considered database worlds are MariaDB and PostgreSQL.
